Roosevelt Basement

Eric managed this project for Hub Construction. He took an old basement near the Roosevelt reservoir and finished it to include a media room, wet bar, two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room – nearly doubling the square footage of this house to accommodate a growing family.
